TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Seller
The website www.lordidon.com is published by L'Or Didon Paris, a French SASU with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 108 699 224, SIRET 108 699 224 00011, EU VAT number FR77108699224, with registered office at 17 rue Henri Chapron, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France. President: Rihab Zaidi.
Boutique and customer service: 3 rue Madame de Sévigné, 75004 Paris, France, open every day from 11 am to 8 pm.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on www.lordidon.com by consumers. The customer accepts them when confirming her order. The applicable version is the one online on the date of the order.

3. Products
L'Or Didon Paris offers high-end fashion jewelry, mainly in 316L stainless steel plated with 18k fine gold or silver tone, combined with natural stones and natural pearls, as well as personalized and engraved jewelry. A few pieces are made of resin, cotton pearls or enamel. The material of each piece is stated on its product page. Since natural stones and pearls are unique, slight variations in color, shape or size may exist compared with the photos.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including French VAT, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders
The order becomes final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation is sent by email. L'Or Didon Paris may refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

6. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal.
Installment payments: pay in 4 with PayPal, and pay in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna for purchases from €89. These options are offered subject to approval by PayPal or Klarna, under their own terms.

7. Preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 business day. Engraved or personalized jewelry is made within 1 to 2 business days before shipping.
Mainland France (Colissimo): home delivery in 2 to 4 business days (€5.80), pickup point in 4 to 5 business days (€4.80). Free delivery in mainland France from €89.
Free pickup in our boutique in the Marais, 3 rue Madame de Sévigné, 75004 Paris.
Europe: 5 to 8 business days (€9.80). French overseas territories: 4 to 8 business days (€7.80). Rest of the world: €12. For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Delivery times are given in business days. In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact us. If the order is not delivered within a reasonable time, she may cancel it under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.

8. Damaged parcel or error
In the event of a damaged parcel, a missing item or a wrong item, the customer contacts us as soon as possible at support@lordidon.com or on WhatsApp at +33 6 67 45 88 74, with a photo. We will quickly find a solution.

9. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of her order to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
To do so, she informs us of her decision by email at support@lordidon.com, for example using the form below. She then returns the unworn jewelry, in its original packaging, no later than 14 days after informing us, to: L'Or Didon Paris, 3 rue Madame de Sévigné, 75004 Paris, France. Return costs are paid by the customer.
Returns or exchanges can also be made free of charge directly in our boutique.
We refund the price of the jewelry and the initial delivery costs, up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer (€4.80), within 14 days at the latest from the withdrawal decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the jewelry. Jewelry that has been worn, damaged or is incomplete may receive a partial refund, depending on its loss in value. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, unless the customer agrees to another method.
Exceptions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry personalized or engraved at the customer's request. Nor does it apply to earrings whose protective packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

10. Legal guarantees
In accordance with the law, our jewelry is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
These guarantees cover only manufacturing defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The customer has 2 years from delivery to claim them. We then repair or replace the jewelry. If this is not possible, we refund it.

11. What is not covered
Our jewelry is high-end fashion jewelry. How it holds up over time depends on how it is worn and cared for. The following are not covered:

• normal wear from wearing the jewelry;
• accidents: impacts, falls, breakage, tearing, loss;
• damage caused by improper care or use: contact with perfume, creams, chemicals or chlorine, friction, improper storage;
• modifications or repairs made by a third party.
  Our care tips: remove your jewelry to sleep, exercise or swim, apply perfume and creams before putting it on, and store each piece separately in its pouch.

12. L'Or Didon 1-year warranty
In addition to the legal guarantees, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase, upon proof of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects: clasp, soldering, plating that flakes abnormally. The exclusions in article 11 apply. Brass jewelry is not covered by this commercial warranty.

13. Customer service and mediation

If a dispute is not resolved, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: CNPM - MÉDIATION - CONSOMMATION, 27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France, www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu.

14. Personal data
The data collected is used to process orders and manage customer relations. It is shared only with the service providers needed for payment and delivery. The customer may exercise her rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to support@lordidon.com. See our privacy policy.

15. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logos and designs on the website are the property of L'Or Didon Paris. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
