Most of our jewelry pairs natural stones and natural freshwater pearls with 316L stainless steel, 18k gold PVD-coated or silver-tone. It is waterproof, hypoallergenic and tarnish-free.

A few pieces are made with resin, cotton pearls or enamel. The exact material of each piece is listed in its description.

Every order is carefully prepared in our workshop. The gift box is free from €89 of purchase.

Delivery in mainland France

Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, delivered in 2 to 4 business days. Engraved or made-to-order jewelry is also crafted in our Paris workshop and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Colissimo home delivery, in your mailbox: €5.80, 2 to 4 business days
• Colissimo pickup point: €4.90, 4 to 5 business days, with the pickup point of your choice selected on the map at checkout
• Free pickup at our boutique in Le Marais, every day from 12 pm to 7 pm

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your parcel from the Order tracking page. Delivery times are given in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, Black Friday, sales), we always ship on time, but La Poste may experience delays beyond our control.

Delivery outside mainland France

• Europe (European Union and Switzerland): €9.80, 5 to 8 business days
• French overseas territories: €7.80, 4 to 8 business days
• Rest of the world: €12

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

Free return or exchange in our boutique

The easiest way: bring your jewelry back to our boutique in Le Marais, Paris, at 3 rue Madame de Sévigné, 75004 Paris (Saint-Paul metro), open every day from 11 am to 8 pm. The return or exchange is handled on the spot, free of charge.

Return by mail

1. Email us at support@lordidon.com or message us on WhatsApp at +33 6 67 45 88 74 with your order number.
2. Send the unworn jewelry back in its original packaging, well protected, by tracked mail, to: L'Or Didon Paris, 3 rue Madame de Sévigné, 75004 Paris, France.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the jewelry, we refund the price of the jewelry within 14 days at the latest, along with the initial delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method (€4.90), using the payment method used for your order. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange or store credit.

Jewelry that cannot be returned

• Jewelry personalized or engraved at your request, since it is made especially for you.
• Earrings whose protective bag has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Warranties

L'Or Didon 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects: in case of a manufacturing defect (clasp, soldering, gold finish that flakes abnormally), we repair or replace your jewelry. It does not cover normal wear, impacts, loss or improper care, and does not apply to brass jewelry. This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, which apply in all cases.
